CCSC Is very Proud and Honored to be hosting the First Ever Public Paranormal Investigation of one of Beeville, Texas most haunted locations The Berclair Mansion on june 7,2008. This is not a Ghost Hunt or a Ghost Tour, you will have full access to be a paranormal investigator with CCSC.You will be able to use CCSC equipment and are more than welcomed to bring your Voice recording devices. Sorry,No Video Cameras or Digital Cameras at this time. We will be setting up our DVR Systems, IR Camera's and recording devices, this will be an actual investigation. All proceeds raised from the investigations will go towards restoration of The Berclair Mansion. Investigations are limited to 20 people.

Hundreds of visitors through the years have recounted hearing people singing and talking in the box seats above the stage. There are dozens of testimonies by tourists and employees of seeing people wearing clothing from the 1800s, and there are a number of accounts of a man wearing a visor walking across the stage. Sixteen gunfights, numerous deaths,and 140 bullet holes in the ceiling and walls record a reckless past. So those who have died still remain at the Birdcage Theater. Coming In May 2008 Public Paranormal Investigations

Over the past 3 months CCSC has been working on public Paranormal Investigation's of Historical Locations around the Coastal Bend. On March 7th, CCSC attended a meeting to work out the details and plans for the First Ever Public CCSC Paranormal Investigation of a Historical Location in the coastal bend area. We are very Proud and Honored to be hosting the First ever Public Paranormal Investigation. This is not a Ghost Hunt or a Ghost Tour, you will have full access to be a paranormal investigator with CCSC. You will be able to use CCSC equipment and are more than welcomed to bring your camera's, video camera's and recording devices. We will be setting up our DVR, IR Camera's and recording devices, this will be an actual investigation. All proceeds raised from this investigation will go towards restoration of the Historical Location. Ticket prices and further details will be announced very soon.

CCSC to investigate the Bird Cage Theater

All of us here are CCSC are very proud to announce the New Investigation of the Bird Cage Theater. The world famous Bird Cage Theatre, also referred to as The Bird Cage Opera House Saloon. This was a fancy way in the 1880's of describing a combination saloon, gambling hall and a house of ill repute. Well, that was the Bird Cage Theatre and it was known across America by its unreputable reputation Barbary Coast. For nine years it never closed its doors, operating 24 hours a day. During this period, 16 gun and knife fights took some 26 lives. There are still 140 bullet holes through-out the building, marking the ceilings, walls, and floors.
